York Road Improvements and Water Main Replacement
The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (SHA), in collaboration with the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPWT), is beginning the construction phase of the MD 45 (York Road) Roadway Improvements and Water Main Replacement Project in Towson.
