Loch Hill, 2023

Twenty years or so ago the Loch Hill Community Association obtained a grant to green ad concrete desert at Regester and Loch Hill. We planted a trees and yew hedges. The Regester Avenue side became tired-looking. The goal was to replace the yews with native plants and introduce some seasonal color.  There is evergreen ground cover of Packera Aures, which has yellow blooms in the spring. In the center is evergreen Inkberry Hollies with a blue green Broomshedge which will be reddish brown in fall. On he ends are daylilies and black-eyed susans for summer color.
