The second Community Input Meeting for the 101 York Planned Unit Development (PUD) will be: Monday, October 6th, 7:00pm at the Towson Library

101 York is the proposed 15-story project on the west side of York Road between Starbucks and Jiffy Lube that will include 611 beds of student housing, 495 parking spaces, and 9,000 sq ft of retail space. The 15-story building and parking garage will extend behind the Towson University Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. The adjacent communities of Aigburth Manor Association of Towson, Towson Manor Village, Burkleigh Square, Southland Hills, and the Greater Towson Council of Community Associations have all opposed this project, as has the Towson American Legion. That stretch of York Road needs redevelopment, but 101 York will negatively affect the surrounding communities and is NOT the appropriate project for that site. Please attend the meeting to find out more about the project and let your opinion be heard.

More information about 101 York can be found HERE.

I own the jiffy lube next to the proposed project. I am not in favor of this project moving forward. The traffic and access are already a problem, this project will only magnify that while negatively affecting my visability and access further. Please do your best to see this project Does not move forward. Thank you Frank Fulco
