Since its debut in 2018, the annual budget town hall series has dramatically increased community input on Baltimore County’s budget priorities.
This year’s meetings will be held in person for the first time since 2019. All budget town hall meetings will also be live-streamed on Baltimore County Government’s YouTube page. Another new addition in 2023 is the “Cabinet Open Houses,” where residents who arrive 30 minutes before the meeting can engage directly with crucial Department leaders.
Residents can sign up to testify or submit their ideas and priorities for Baltimore County’s FY23 budget in advance by emailing townhall@baltimorecountymd.gov.
