On behalf of the Towson community, we send our deepest condolences to the Kamenetz family. We honor the service of County Executive Kevin Kamenetz to the people of Baltimore County over a lifetime of public service.
From the start of his administration he was a champion for Baltimore County school construction. He will be remembered as the county executive that advanced many long needed school infrastructure initiatives in the Towson area including the additions at Stoneleigh and Hampton Elementary schools and Dumbarton Middle as well as the construction of Mays Chapel Elementary. He also approved county funds to help pay for the Towson High turf field and planning money for the future of Towson High School.
His legacy will be felt in Baltimore County for decades to come.
