A message from Baltimore County Department of Public Works. Thanks to Councilman David Marks for passing along this information:
Our contractor has finished and successfully tested the 42″ water main in Towson. At this time, they will begin tying the main into the system. As you may remember, we mentioned that these tie-ins will occur at night but will be the last activities to complete the project. With that said, we currently have 3 tie-ins scheduled next week. I have listed the dates, location and potential impacts of these activities below. Any residences that will be out of service will be handled through flyers to the individual addresses.
1. March 14th-(9pm-5am) Fairmount & Aigburth-work will be performed at the intersection but some activity may occur at the storage yard on Towsontown.
2. March 15th-(9pm-5am) Bosley & Towsontown-work will directly impact Palisades
3. March 16th-(9pm-5am) Hillen and Fair Hills in front of Pumping Station/Reservoir-work will be done at this location with some activity at the storage yard on Towsontown.
There will be 5 others being performed during evening hours. We will supply you with additional information as they are scheduled.
