Towson Mews, a development of 35 townhouses, will move a step closer to construction when Councilman David Marks, whose 5th District includes downtown Towson, introduces the planned unit development resolution at the Aug. 4 Baltimore County Council meeting.
“I have not heard any complaints about this project,” Marks said Monday.The proposed development in East Towson will be built by Evergreene Cos., of Chantilly, Va. It will consist of 35 three-story townhouses with rear-loading, two-car garages.
