Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz announced Tuesday morning that the county is proposing a mandated closing time for Baltimore County’s hookah lounges.
Under legislation Kamenetz will submit to the Baltimore County Council next week, the hookah lounges, at which patrons smoke flavored tobacco products out of a communal water pipe, will have to close at 8 p.m. on weeknights and 9 p.m. on weekend nights.
