From Baltimore County Police Department:
Baltimore County Police have arrested and charged three men responsible for a series of commercial armed robberies. They have been charged with four robberies in Baltimore County at this time, but detectives believe they may be responsible for as many as 14 armed robberies throughout Baltimore County and Baltimore City.
Damon Williams, 30, of no fixed address, was charged with four counts of armed robbery. He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $350,000 bail.
Adrian Walden, 25, of the 4900 block of Ross Road, 21214, was charged with four counts of armed robbery. He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $350,000 bail.
Solomon Dunn, 37, of the 1700 block of Lamont Avenue, 21202, was charged with four counts of armed robbery and four counts of conspiracy to commit armed robbery. He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $250,000.
On November 13 at 9:48 p.m., two of the suspects approached an employee of the 7-Eleven in the 6500 block of Sherwood Road in Precinct 6/Towson. One of the defendants put a knife to her back and forced her to open the cash register. The suspects fled after taking money, cigarettes and hot dogs. Minutes later, officers located a white Mitsubishi Galant traveling on Loch Raven Boulevard, and stopped the vehicle. A similar vehicle had been seen at other recent commercial robberies in Baltimore County. All three suspects were placed under arrest after officers found knives, cigarettes, and money connected to the robbery inside the vehicle.
Detectives have also charged the three suspects with three additional robberies:
November 2: Dunkin Donuts, 8000 block of Liberty Road (Precinct 4/Pikesville)
November 5: Dollar Tree, 800 block of Taylor Avenue (Precinct 6/Towson)
November 9: Dollar Tree, 1100 block of Chesaco Avenue (Precinct 9/White Marsh)
Detectives believe that Solomon Dunn served as the driver of the getaway vehicle, and that Damon Williams and Adrian Walden committed the armed robberies.
The investigation remains open, and detectives are continuing to investigate the suspects’ connection to other robberies.
Editor’s Note: No booking photos will be released due to the ongoing investigation.
