The next in a series of community meetings aimed at engaging residents in the process of adding seats to Towson-area schools is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 29.
According to a news release from Baltimore County Public Schools, the meeting will feature “presentations from school system staff and from the GWWO/Architects firm that will address scenarios for enrollment relief and review community and staff input from last spring and summer.”
The latest proposal that BCPS has brought to community members involves an addition at Cromwell Valley Elementary School, 500 new seats at the site of the former Loch Raven Elementary, and a renovation of Halstead Academy to house a new magnet school.
