A bill set to be introduced to the Baltimore County Council next month will mandate bike racks outside new developments in downtown Towson, Councilman David Marks said Tuesday.
“Downtown Towson is on the cusp of an unprecedented building boom, and we simply need to do whatever we can to reduce traffic in the commercial core,” Marks said in a statement. “We have limited road to expand our road network, so that means more bike facilities and eventually, a transit circulator.”
