From Councilman David Marks:

I am happy to let you know that Patient First has acquired all necessary permits and will break ground within the next ten days on its Towson location.

The clinic, which will be located at the site of the Towson WashMobile in the 900 block of York Road, will operate in the area that buffers Carver Center for the Arts and Technology from York Road. The building will have 7,000 square feet and 45 parking spaces.

This not only brings a new medical clinic to the immediate Towson area, but it continues to clean up the York Road corridor in northern Towson. Other recent improvements in this part of the York Road corridor include the new Carver High School and Towson City Center.

I am told construction should be done within six months.
