Jeanne Allert speaks at GTCCA meeting
There was a guest speaker at the GTCCA meeting of Thursday, February 21, 2013. Jeanne L. Allert, Director Maryland Coalition on Human Trafficking and Executive Director, The Samaritan Women gave a presentation on “Human Trafficking in Maryland, Fastest Growing Crime, 2nd Only to Drugs.”
